Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

We currently ship to:

Malaysia (Local shipping)
Selected international countries (Check during checkout or contact us for confirmation)

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Malaysia:

Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (if available)

International:

Standard Airmail: 7–21 business days depending on destination
Delays may occur due to customs or external factors

Shipping Fees

Calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
Free shipping may be available for local orders over a certain amount (check homepage for current offers).

Tracking

Tracking numbers will be provided once your order is shipped (if applicable).
Some low-cost or international options may not offer full tracking.

Kiraki Vintage is not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for lost or damaged packages after they are handed over to the courier.

Wrong Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply for resending.
