At Kiraki Vintage, we want you to love what you wear. Since our items are handpicked and often one-of-a-kind, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Return Policy

  • We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached (if any).
  • Returns are not accepted for:
    • Items marked final sale
    • Intimate wear, accessories, or custom orders
    • Damage caused by the customer

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos (if there’s an issue)

Refund

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • As most items are one-of-a-kind, we cannot offer direct exchanges.
  • You may return the item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
