At Kiraki Vintage, we want you to love what you wear. Since our items are handpicked and often one-of-a-kind, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
Return Policy
- We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached (if any).
- Returns are not accepted for:
- Items marked final sale
- Intimate wear, accessories, or custom orders
- Damage caused by the customer

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if there’s an issue)
Refund
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- As most items are one-of-a-kind, we cannot offer direct exchanges.
- You may return the item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
