Q: Are your items really vintage?
Yes! Every item at Kiraki Vintage is carefully selected and sourced as authentic vintage or retro fashion. Each piece has a story and is unique — no restocks!

Q: Are the items new or secondhand?
Most items are pre-loved and may show minor signs of age. We describe all noticeable flaws clearly in the product descriptions.

Q: How do I know if an item will fit me?
We provide detailed flat measurements in every listing. Please compare them with your own clothes. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

📦 Ordering & Shipping

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

  • West Malaysia: 2–4 working days
  • East Malaysia: 3–7 working days
    Orders are shipped out within 1–3 business days after payment.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. Stay tuned – we may expand soon!

Q: How much is shipping?

  • RM8 (West Malaysia)
  • RM12 (East Malaysia)
  • FREE shipping for orders above RM150

Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a tracking number via email or WhatsApp (if provided). You can track your parcel using the courier’s tracking site.

🔁 Returns & Cancellations

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Exchanges or store credit may be offered if:

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving the item
  • The item is unworn and in original condition

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only if the item hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online banking (FPX), credit/debit cards, and e-wallets — securely processed through Billplz, PayPal, or Stripe.

Q: Is it safe to shop on Kiraki Vintage?
Absolutely. Our store is SSL encrypted and uses trusted third-party payment processors to keep your details safe.
